ADMISSION RULES AND REGULATIONS (UG PROGRAMS) 2026–27

Applicable for Undergraduate Courses


1. Eligibility Criteria

1.1 Candidates must have passed the 10+2 (Intermediate) examination from a recognized board.
1.2 For science programs, candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) as core subjects.
1.3 Minimum qualifying marks shall be as per the norms prescribed by the regulatory authority.
1.4 Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination may also apply, subject to submission of proof of passing at the time of admission.


2. Entrance Examination Requirement

2.1 Admission shall be based on qualification in NEET or other prescribed entrance examination, wherever applicable.
2.2 Admission without entrance qualification shall not be permitted under any circumstances.
2.3 Merit shall be prepared strictly based on rank, score, and reservation norms.
2.4 In case of a tie, inter-se merit shall be determined as per prescribed guidelines.


3. Counseling and Admission Procedure

3.1 Candidates must participate in the official counseling process conducted by competent authorities.
3.2 Seat allotment shall be made strictly on the basis of merit and availability of seats.
3.3 Admission shall be confirmed only after:

  • Document verification

  • Fee payment

  • Medical fitness approval

3.4 Failure to report within the stipulated time will lead to automatic cancellation of the allotted seat.
3.5 The institution reserves the right to conduct internal counseling rounds, if required.


4. Document Verification

Candidates must submit the following:

  • Entrance Exam Scorecard & Admit Card

  • 10th & 12th Marksheets and Certificates

  • Transfer Certificate (TC)

  • Migration Certificate (if applicable)

  • Character Certificate

  • Category Certificate (if applicable)

  • Domicile Certificate (if required)

  • Aadhaar Card / Valid ID Proof

  • Passport-size photographs

5. Fee Regulations

5.1 Fee structure will be as per institutional and government norms.
5.2 Fees once paid shall be non-transferable.
5.3 Late payment may attract penalty charges.
5.4 Payment can be made through approved modes (online/offline).
5.5 Failure to deposit fees within time will lead to seat cancellation.


6. Reservation Policy

6.1 Reservation shall be applicable as per Government of India and State Government rules.
6.2 Candidates claiming reservation must submit valid supporting documents.
6.3 False claims will result in cancellation of admission.


7. Code of Conduct

7.1 Students must maintain discipline and follow institutional rules.
7.2 Ragging is strictly prohibited as per Supreme Court guidelines.
7.3 Use of unfair means in academics will result in strict action.
7.4 Students must carry ID cards at all times inside the campus.
7.5 Any act of misconduct, violence, or indiscipline will lead to disciplinary action.


8. Attendance Requirement

8.1 Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory in theory and practical classes.
8.2 Students failing to meet attendance criteria will not be allowed to appear in examinations.
8.3 Medical or special leave shall be considered only with valid proof.


9. Medical Fitness

9.1 Candidates must be physically and mentally fit.
9.2 A Medical Fitness Certificate from a registered practitioner is mandatory.
9.3 The institution reserves the right to conduct medical examination if required.


10. Hostel and Accommodation (If Applicable)

10.1 Hostel facility shall be provided subject to availability.
10.2 Hostel rules must be strictly followed.
10.3 Separate rules for mess charges, discipline, and timings shall apply.
10.4 Any violation may result in hostel expulsion.


11. Anti-Ragging Undertaking

11.1 All students and parents must submit an Anti-Ragging Affidavit at the time of admission.
11.2 Strict action will be taken against students involved in ragging activities.


12. Scholarship and Financial Assistance

12.1 Scholarships may be provided as per government schemes and institutional policies.
12.2 Students must apply separately with required documents.
12.3 Continuation of scholarship depends on academic performance and attendance.


13. Examination and Promotion

13.1 Students must follow examination rules prescribed by the university.
13.2 Promotion to the next academic year shall be based on academic performance and attendance.
13.3 Use of unfair means will lead to cancellation of results.


14. Cancellation of Admission

14.1 Admission shall be cancelled if any information is found to be false.
14.2 Non-fulfillment of eligibility or entrance criteria will lead to immediate cancellation.
14.3 Disciplinary issues may also lead to termination of admission.
14.4 Fee refund (if applicable) will be as per institutional rules.


15. Jurisdiction

All disputes related to admission shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts only.


16. Amendments

The institution reserves the right to modify or amend rules and regulations at any time as per guidelines.


Declaration

By taking admission, the candidate agrees to abide by all the rules and regulations mentioned above.
The decision of the competent authority shall be final and binding in all matters.
