ADMISSION RULES AND REGULATIONS 2026–27
Applicable for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programs
1. Eligibility Criteria
1.1 For Undergraduate Programs:
Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as core subjects from a recognized board.
1.2 For Postgraduate Programs:
Candidates must possess a relevant undergraduate degree from a recognized institution as per the norms of the competent authority.
1.3 Minimum qualifying marks shall be as prescribed by the respective regulatory authority from time to time.
2. Entrance Examination Requirement
2.1 Admission to all programs shall be strictly based on qualification in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test.
2.2 Candidates who have not qualified the above-mentioned examination shall not be eligible for admission under any circumstances.
2.3 The preparation of merit shall be based solely on the rank and score obtained in the prescribed entrance examination.
3. Counseling and Admission Procedure
3.1 All candidates must participate in the authorized counseling process conducted by the competent authority.
3.2 Admission shall be granted only after seat allotment through counseling and successful verification of documents.
3.3 Candidates must report within the stipulated time, failing which the allotted seat shall stand cancelled.
4. Document Verification
Candidates are required to produce original documents along with self-attested copies at the time of admission, including:
- Entrance Examination Scorecard and Admit Card
- Academic Certificates from 10th onwards
- Transfer Certificate and Migration Certificate
- Internship Completion Certificate, where applicable
- Category Certificate, if applicable
- Valid Government Identity Proof
Failure to produce valid and complete documents shall result in rejection of admission.
5. Fee Regulations
5.1 The fee structure shall be determined as per institutional and regulatory guidelines.
5.2 All fees must be paid within the prescribed time period. Failure to do so shall result in cancellation of admission.
6. Reservation Policy
Reservation of seats shall be applicable in accordance with the norms prescribed by the Government of India and the respective State Government.
7. Code of Conduct
7.1 All students shall maintain discipline and adhere to the rules and regulations of the institution.
7.2 Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited and shall invite strict disciplinary and legal action as per applicable laws.
8. Attendance Requirement
A minimum of 75 percent attendance is mandatory for eligibility to appear in examinations, as per academic regulations.
9. Medical Fitness
Candidates must be medically fit and may be required to submit a medical fitness certificate issued by a registered medical practitioner.
10. Cancellation of Admission
10.1 Admission shall be cancelled if any information provided by the candidate is found to be false or misleading.
10.2 Non-fulfillment of eligibility criteria, including failure to qualify the prescribed entrance examination, shall lead to immediate cancellation.
10.3 Refund of fees, if applicable, shall be governed by institutional and regulatory norms.
Declaration
Admission to the institution signifies acceptance of all the above rules and regulations. The decision of the competent authority shall be final and binding in all matters related to admission.
